Independent Clearance Inspection: $99 or Less

The best inspection value around -- A licensed R.I. Lead Inspector will meet you at your property, examine the painted surfaces of the interior and exterior, visually inspect the soil, and take at least 3 dust wipes from the unit, all for $99 for the first unit, additional units done during the same visit are only $75 each.
(Please call us for pricing if your units have more than 8 rooms or are located on Block Island) 

What to expect from a Independent Clearance Inspection:

• 30-45 minutes per unit inspected
• A Certificate of Conformance when cleared
• A 14 day standard turn around time on e-mailed reporting (we can do this faster for a surcharge, of course)
• This inspection meets the Rhode Island standards.
• Owners should have taken the Lead Hazard Mitigation Class before ordering the service
• A standard set (3 to 6) of dust samples comes included in the base price

This inspection is typically used for:

• Pre-rental compliance
• Section 8 Housing
• Home Owners Insurance
• Inexpensive safety evaluation

Options for this inspection:

• Expedited Service - Report delivered the day following a site visit: $100 per Unit
• Additional units during the same site visit: $75
• Lead Management Plan: $100 per Unit
• Additional Dust Testing: $20 per sample
• Postage & Handling for mailed or faxed paper reports: $10
