Comprehensive Lead Inspection: $250 or Less

If you want to know where lead paint is on your property or prove that it's not there, use a Comprehensive Inspection. A Licensed Lead Inspector will meet you on site and perform a very detailed examination of all painted surfaces. The scope of the inspection includes: every room, closet, common areas, and exterior painted surfaces, as well as, sampling of soil, water, dust, and paint. It can take up to 2 hours to examine each apartment because we look for the widest range of possible lead sources.

What to expect from a Comprehensive Inspection:

• Room by room analysis
• 15-20 page Report of Findings
• Water, Dust, Paint and Soil Testing
• X-Ray analysis of surfaces
• A 14 Day standard turn-around on emailed reports
• Lead Safe or Lead Free Certificate upon clearance
• A standard set (dust, water, and soil) of labratory tests are included in the base price

This inspection is typically used for:

• Lead Abatement
• To prove no detectable lead paint
• Real Estate transactions
• To receive a permanent lead certificate

Options for this inspection:

• Expedited Service - Report delivered the day following a site visit: $140 per Unit
• Additional units during the same site visit: $170
• Lead Management Plan: $100 per Unit
• Additional Soil/Dust/Water/Paint Testing: $20 per sample
• Postage & Handling for mailed or faxed paper reports: $10
