Annual Renewal: $125

Lead Safe certficate annual renewal inspections for daycare facilities are: $125.

What to expect from an annual renewal lead inspection:

• Room by Room visual evaluation
• 5 page report of findings
• Dust testing
• A 14 Day standard turn-around on reporting
• Lead Safe Certificate upon clearance
• A standard set dust tests comes included in the base price

Options for this inspection:

• Expedited Service - Report delivered the day following a site visit: $100 per Unit
• Additional Dust Testing: $20 per sample

Daycare Facility Comprehensive Lead Inspection: $199

Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) requires daycare centers and home-based daycare facilities to have a lead safe certificate to renew their operating licenses. We offer these inspections for just $199.

What to expect from a daycare facility lead inspection:

• Room by room analysis
• 15-20 page Report of Findings
• Water, Dust, Paint and Soil Testing
• X-Ray analysis of surfaces
• A 14 Day standard turn-around on e-mail reports
• Lead Safe or Lead Free Certificate upon clearance
• A standard set (1-water, 4-soil, and 6-dust) of labratory tests comes included in the base price

Options for this inspection:

• Expedited Service - Report delivered the day following a site visit: $170 per Unit
• Additional Testing: $20 per dust and soil sample. $40 per water sample
• Postage & Handling for mailed or faxed paper reports: $10
